2. Billing and Payment

• Memberships are billed on a monthly or annual recurring basis, depending on the plan you select at checkout.
• Payments are processed securely via our payment provider.
• By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis unless you cancel.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• You may cancel your membership at any time through your account dashboard.
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for partial billing periods.
• Introductory offers or discounted rates may be subject to specific terms which will be made clear at the time of purchase.
• All MyFIT Quests subscriptions are managed through your account on app.myfitquests.com — including upgrades, downgrades, and cancellations. The iOS app provides access to your subscription benefits but does not handle billing

4. Account Usage and Access

• Memberships are for individual use only and may not be shared, resold, or transferred.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our terms or abuse platform access.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

• All videos, guides, challenges, and materials provided through your membership are owned by MyFIT Quests or licensed experts.
• You may access and use the content for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
• You may not download, reproduce, or redistribute any content without explicit permission.

6. Health Disclaimer

• MyFIT Quests content is for general fitness and wellness purposes and is not a substitute for professional medical advice.
• By participating in any activity, you confirm that you are in good health and physically capable.
• Always consult your physician before starting a new fitness program.

7. Modifications and Updates

• We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of your membership constitutes acceptance of any changes.
• Notice of material changes will be provided via email or account notification.

8. Termination

• We reserve the right to terminate memberships at our discretion for violations of these terms or behavior that negatively impacts the community.

10. App Use

The MyFIT Quests iOS app is a companion to the MyFIT Quests service. The app itself is free to download. All MyFIT Quests features, subscriptions and purchases are provided by MyFIT Quests directly via myfitquests.com — Apple is not the seller of these products and is not party to this Agreement. Apple has no responsibility for the App’s content, accuracy, or for any claims arising from its use. To the extent permitted by law, you agree to release Apple from any liability arising from your use of the App.
