What you are actually buying
Are my children really free?
Yes. Under-16s come along on your membership at no extra cost, with their own quests and Mini Max coaching. Anyone 16 or over needs their own membership.
Can I do more than one quest at a time?
Yes. Members can have several running together, so a long route and a short one can share the same walking.
What happens if I cancel?
Anything you bought outright stays yours. Membership quests pause where they are and pick up again if you rejoin.
Can I pause rather than cancel?
Yes, for up to three months once a year, for injury, holidays or a bad winter.
Are medals and t-shirts included?
No. Finisher medals and tees are optional physical add-ons you can order when you complete a quest.
