Corporate wellbeing challenges

A step challenge nobody quits in week two

Your team’s walking, running and cycling adds up into one shared journey along a real route. They see the company move together on a live map, and you get device-verified engagement data instead of a spreadsheet nobody fills in.

No login needed

Put it on the office screen

Every corporate challenge gets its own public watch page. Your team’s combined distance, the next landmark ahead and a live map of where the company has reached, on one link that anyone can open. No account, no app, nothing to install. It belongs on a reception screen, in the intranet, or in the email you send the wider business.

You do not set any of this up. We build it for you.

STEP ONE

Book a demo

Fifteen minutes. We walk you through a live route.

STEP TWO

Tell us the basics

Roughly how many people, and how long you want it to run.

STEP THREE

We build it

Your branding, a join link and QR poster, an organiser dashboard and the watch page link.

Most companies are live inside a week. Every landmark is written and placed by hand, so longer routes take a little more building.

Four quick things and we will come back to you to book a time.

A recent team challenge

34 colleagues. 1,868 miles. One month.

A UK office team took on a 2,286 mile route together. Thirty-one of the thirty-four took part, logging 523 activities across 24 active days, and reached 23 of the 26 landmarks on the way.

What you get

Set up in a week, runs itself after that

One shared route

Everyone’s distance feeds a single company journey, so the quiet walkers matter as much as the marathon runners.

Join by QR code

Staff scan, enter a name and email, and they are on. No licences to allocate, no IT ticket.

A live spectator page

A public page showing the team’s progress, for reception screens, the intranet or a fundraising push.

Device-verified activity

Strava, Apple Health, Google Health, Fitbit and Polar sync directly, so the numbers are not self-reported.

Reporting you can present

Participation, active days, activity split and a per-person breakdown, exportable to CSV.

Your branding on it

Company name, logo and colours on the dashboard, the join page and the end-of-challenge report.

Inclusive by default

Everyone on the team can take part

Walking counts in full, and so do running, cycling, swimming and wheeling. There is no individual target and no pace to hit, so a short daily walk contributes on the same terms as a long run.

See it with your own team’s numbers

Fifteen minutes, no slides. We set up a live route for your team so you can see exactly what your staff would see.

Common questions

For HR and wellbeing leads

How long does a corporate challenge run?

Most run a month. You set a start and end date, and totals lock automatically when it finishes.

What if staff do not have a fitness tracker?

They log distance by hand in a few seconds. It counts identically, so nobody is excluded for not owning a watch.

Is it fair on less active staff?

The shared total is the point. Walking counts in full and there is no individual target.

What about health data and GDPR?

We hold distance and activity type, not medical data. Staff connect their own apps and can disconnect at any time.
